Reservations Refund Request – BowlRX Proprietor Portal

Issue a refund on behalf of a reservations customer that has requested a refund.

Please note, we will be unable to refund transactions after 90 days.

Here, you can request a refund on behalf of one of your BowlRx Reservations customers.

Refunds are typically issued within one business day and refunds are available to customers after 3-7 days (depending on their bank)

A manual conformation of the refund will be sent to the customer email address, and you will be copied on that notification.

Be sure to mark emails from [email protected] as *important* so they won’t be lost in a spam filter.
