    Please try to supply answers to the following questions.

    1. What kind of problem is this? Question? Something not working as expected? Outage?

    4. Which page has the problem? Please include the URL.

    5. Was your website functioning properly before a change someone made? e.g. permalinks, creating a new post, commenting.

    6. What browser are you running? Which OS?

    8. Do you have any browser extensions installed and activated? If so, which ones?

    Basic Troubleshooting:

    Before posting your question please run some essential trouble shooting.

    These steps are essential to correctly identifying where the issue might lie and it’s essential that they are done in advance of any questions being raised, also running a search on keywords related to your issue might return previous threads that could help.
